Our Ainma Espresso is a high-quality single-origin Arabica specialty coffee crafted to deliver a beautifully balanced espresso experience. Delicate acidity complements a vibrant fruit profile, revealing layers of red berries, bright citrus, and creamy milk chocolate. The result is a sweet, refined, and elegantly structured cup.

Grown in the forested mountains of Huila, one of Colombia’s most renowned coffee regions. At elevations between 1,400 and 1,900 meters, Huila’s volcanic soils and consistent rainfall create ideal growing conditions. The coffee cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness, fully washed, and carefully sun-dried. Each bean undergoes European Preparation (EP10) — an enhanced sorting and quality control process that ensures only the finest, defect-free beans make it into your cup. This coffee has received an SCA score of 84.00.

Through long-standing partnerships with smallholder farmers in Huila, we ensure fair compensation, sustainable farming practices, and investments in the community — measures that strengthen both quality and livelihoods.
