In the cup, it delivers a bright, lively acidity, a silky body, and a flavour profile rich in caramel, red berries, citrus notes, and dark chocolate.
Grown in the forested mountains of Huila, one of Colombia’s most renowned coffee regions. At elevations between 1,300 and 2,100 meters, Huila’s volcanic soils and consistent rainfall create ideal growing conditions. The coffee cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness, fully washed, and carefully sun-dried. Each bean undergoes European Preparation (EP10) — an enhanced sorting and quality control process that ensures only the finest, defect-free beans make it into your cup. This coffee has received an SCA score of 84.00.
