Our Ainma Espresso is made from top-grade single-origin specialty coffee beans from the lush mountains of Hulia in Colombia. Its Excelso (EP10) rating is a reflection of its rigorous grading standard. Carefully selected for their size, uniformity, and consistency, Excelso beans are a true testament to Colombia's dedication to excellence. At elevations between 1,400 and 1,900 metres, Huila’s volcanic soils and consistent rainfall create ideal growing conditions. The coffee cherries are handpicked at peak ripeness, fully washed, and meticulously sun-dried. The result is a coffee that embodies the spirit of Colombian excellence: bright and lively acidity, a silky body, and a flavour profile rich in caramel, red berries, citrus, and milk chocolate notes. Through long-standing partnerships with smallholder farmers in Huila, we ensure fair compensation, sustainable practices, and community investment that strengthen both quality and livelihoods.
