Qahwa Blend - Brazil & India, 60% Arabia 40% Robusta

Our Qahwa Blend is a dark roasted, especially smooth and well-balanced coffee. It has a creamy body and a pleasant, lightly sweet note. Its flavor is reminiscent of milk chocolate and caramel. Overall, it is a very round coffee with low acidity and a gentle finish.

The blend consists of two coffee varieties:

Brazil – Cerrado Sweet Edition (60%)
This Arabica coffee comes from the sunny highlands of Minas Gerais. The beans grow in nutrient-rich soils at altitudes between 1,000 and 1,200 meters. The coffee is particularly mild, lightly sweet, and very well-balanced — typical of high-quality Brazilian coffees. Sourced through close partnerships with family-run farms and cooperatives, this coffee reflects our ongoing commitment to quality, transparency, and sustainability.

India – Kaapi Royale A, Rainforest Alliance Certified (40%)
The blend is complemented by a high-quality Robusta coffee from India. This specialty coffee provides the full body, beautiful crema, and bold character of the blend. The beans are grown on shaded plantations in South India at elevations of up to 1,400 meters. They ripen slowly and are carefully processed and sorted. Only large and particularly uniform beans are selected.
